Historical Documentation and the African American Experience
Archivists Steven G. Fullwood and Miranda Mims will facilitate the workshop, Historical Documentation and the African American Experience, which will focus on the various ways underrepresented histories get collected and promoted, culminating in a discussion on uncovering and highlighting African American histories at local and state archival institutions. The aim of this half-day workshop is to explore ways to make these valuable histories more accessible to a wider public.
